SURCHARGES
Extremely dirty vehicle or extra time surcharge may apply. This will be communicated prior to work starting if surcharge could be applied.
We expect dirty vehicles! Common charges for this include sticker/adhesion/decal removal, excessive amounts of trash, dog hair, etc.. or having embedded contaminants (overspray, sap etc..) decontaminated.
DEPOSITS
A 20% non refundable deposit is required for any new client who does not have a referral from an existing client.
Deposit will be requested through PayPal or Venmo and will need to be completed to confirm your appointment. Balance is due at completion of service.
I do not refund for no show or last minute cancellations. Since I am a one man army, this helps keep my prices stable and the value of my services high. If I block my schedule to do your detail and you cancel or no show, it prevents me from taking another detail and raises my overall cost per car. However, your deposit will be applied to your next detail.
